I have 2 dogs one which still has accidents. My house began smelling bad, in desperation I bought this in Floral scent. I was a bit scared since I have MCS and scents bother me greatly, but like I said I am desperate to rid the house of dog urine smells. I got this in 1 day as soon as it arrived I poured some into my bucket and mopped the area that smelled the worst. I must say the scent is not terrible not very strong once dry. So far the smell of dog is pretty much gone and I have a faint smell of flowers. The product is real thick so you don't need a lot. The jug is HUGE I believe it will last a long time. My house is closed up and I can't smell anything unusual or chemical smells from the soap. I now need to buy the lavender one as that should help keep spiders and other bugs away. I am so glad I took a chance on this. My floors are clean and my air quality is so much better. The ingredients seem to be natural not a lot of ingredients either. I like this very much and the price is affordable. Most cleaners have so many chemicals and smell awful that I can't use but this I can tolerate and I don't worry that my dogs will be affected by it either. ... show more

I mop my floors and they are so clean and smell so good. I dilute it in a spray bottle for all purpose cleaner. I even put a little in my laundry such as towels and they come out smelling so fresh and clean. The price is just right for such a large size. Love it.

If you’re a user of Pine-Sol, read this message. I grew up using Pine-Sol to clean. My parents used it. I bought pining because it was less expensive than Pine-Sol and it was what I could for that month. Wasn’t quite sure if it would work as well, but I’ve been amazed! I really enjoy the smell of this product. It’s a deep woodsy pie. The scent is not overpowering. It’s pleasant to the nose. And the scent faintly laugh for days there’s nothing like walking into your house or your apartment and that beautiful light fresh clean center of pie still lightly walked through your place . I highly recommend this Product. It cleans great as well as it smells good. It’s very effective cleaner and you don’t have to use nearly as much of this product as you do for Pine-Sol and you get a better result. Cleans well and smells like pine. PineSol no longer contains pine oil so this is a good alternative. There are some stronger pine oil cleaners out there but they cost a lot more. You get a big jug at a fair price with this size PINALEN.

From reading a few of the other reviews, I was expecting it to smell more like the leading brand of pine cleaner. It kinda does but kinda not also. It does clean well and I add it a little to my laundry. Gives it a nice fresh scent. I like this product a lot.

We really like the lavender scent. We dilute it and use it to clean our floors and we have a spray bottle with a diluted mixture for all purpose cleaning around the house like countertops. I dilute it according to the instructions on the bottle as close as I can get, sometimes it takes a calculation to figure out the ratio of concentrate if you're filling a spray bottle. I only need about 1.5 fl oz of concentrate for my spray bottle and that's it. It does a wonderful job! We're very happy with it!! The big bottle is lasting us a really long time. We love it so much we already bought another big bottle to have on-hand when the first one runs out. Very happy with the savings too. ... show more

For those of you that understand the difference between glycolic cleaners and those that have pine oil in them, I'm happy to say that this product definitely has pine oil in the cleaner. Years ago, Pine-Sol had actual pine oil at 5.8%. Used to be even higher, back before the 1990s. I've searched high and low for a Canadian version of Pine Sol, sadly there are a lot of pine scented cleaners, or cleaners with very little pine oil. You'll know it has pine oil immediately upon pouring it into water as the pine oil turns a white color. The minute I got this product, literally just after arrived at my door I did the water test. I am so happy to say that it turned a nice white color in water. At this point I don't care what the concentration of pine oil is, it's definitely not a glycolic type cleaner. This will be wonderful for hardwood floors. Glycolic cleaners will leave the floor dry and somewhat sticky whereas a pine oil cleaner will leave a slight amount of oil residue behind which is not seen by the naked eye, but will leave a layer of protection which doesn't allow dirt to stick to it.
