The media could not be loaded. I bought this pillow because I needed to upgrade my pillow and saw some good reviews and decided to try it. After I received it I opened it and followed instructions for it to rise to the full size and the first night I used it it was quite comfortable but after a few days when the filling rised to the its original shape my neck just started hurting because although it is memory foam it is too big and tall. I bought two pillows. They came in cylindrical zippered containers. I could not get them out. After struggling to pull them out or peel away, I gave up and cut away the containers. That is disappointing, because it was so wasteful. They should have been reusable. this is my first experience with memory foam. I was surprised at how hard the pillows were. Like cement! My first thought was, โ€œThis will be like sleeping on bricks! Where is the FOAM?โ€ But after being out of the vacuum sealed plastic bag, they have expanded and softened.
