The 2 metal parts move if my dog scratches or if I put it on they will bend, so make a use to run your fingers under the collar to make sure they are down and not stabbing into your pup. Had this for about a month now and I can tell you the noise and vibration work great have not had to use the shock yet. My K-9 understands very quickly and responds very quickly as well. My pup is responding well so far. Only had to use the shock a couple times before her realized the tone meant that was coming next if he didn't listen. I bought it because I have chickens and a cat that he wasn't too treat like rag dolls.

I bought this cuz other one is gone and couldn’t find. Lol This collar works well normally use only beep or vibrate because those are helping enough. But this time I gave 4 stars. There are 2 reason. 1, The box was opened before obviously. I tested products once and doesn’t have issues for now. But I don’t feel nos good. 2, I can’t find app for this.
