I looked for a used bench with the same features and they were only a little cheaper than this one. It is really easy to put together…maybe 15 min to unpack and have together. Very sturdy. Fold up easily so that is a plus. Adjustment knobs are spring loaded over screws for convenience and screw in to secure.. I got the newer version. It was 30.00 more than the older one. Not sure what the differences are, with exception of increased weight capacity. Either way…still very cheap for a folding bench with this level of adjustment and capacity. ... show more

I like the bench. It’s sturdy , good width and slightly lower height I think. Fairly easy to put together. I give this 4 stars. It’s not so easy to use decline. You need to be very fit . The piece that you put your feet under to hold yourself is usable but this is not professional gym quality. Abs and decline presses are challenging enough…. This is not a great support. This is where I am disappointed. Because the description pictures make it look easier than it is. ... show more

Who knows what other's expectations are. Mine are realistic. I knew what I was spending and hoped for what I would get. The bench is great and has met or exceeded my expectations! After about three months I did have a part break. Not sure if it was my fault or the bench. I contacted PASYOU on a Monday and a replacement part arrived on Saturday, free of charge. What I want to add is that their customer service is amazing. They were in touch with me nearly every day until the new part arrived. I am now looking into their other equipment as I truly trust them. ... show more

This is a great bench for a home gym!!! It came very well packaged and super easy to assemble. Everything actually feels like it's made of quality materials. You could compare it to actual benches in the gym. It's adjusts perfect for all my needs, inclind, decline and fully 90 degrees with ease. I really don't see myself using the fold up feature but it works well and is a nice feature if needed. My only complaint and I mean only.. Would have to be the lumbar support. I wanted to appreciate the pad cause I do have slight back issues but unfortunately the pad is pretty hard and a bit too bulky to use properly. And it is optional you can take it on and off very easy. It's held on with a velcro strap. That's my ONLY complaint.. I've done all types of exercises on it and NOT once did I feel shakey or wobbly. I love this bench!!! I highly recommend it!!! ... show more

I am really impressed at how easy it was to put together and how rocksolid it is. It looks really well-made relative to other fitness equipment I’ve had in the past. There is a video right here in the listing and I watch that so that’s how I put it together. I think it took me less than 10 minutes. The instructions are sufficiently clear but English is not the author's first language. Packaging is excellent. Assembly is easy with the two supplied tools. Buyers should note that folding the bench for storage requires removal of an easily accessible and removable "lock" pin. That pin must be securely inserted into its proper position to make the bench safe and usable as intended. The bench is overbuilt for my purposes. Purchased for at home use. Works great in small space. Sturdy, lighter than expected. Biggest issue is hard to fold for storage, leave it set-up most of the time.
