I love my new awning! The hardest part is mounting the header piece to the wall (Safely, sturdy, and not screwing though wiring or something.) The rest is like a manly erector set. All parts were drilled perfectly and everything aligned properly. Two trips to the Home Depot for lag screws, and ABS pipe, 4 elbow pieces and some zip ties to comple the downspouts. This is mounted on an elevated deck. Well worth the money and I'd buy it again for sure! ... show more

TOTALLY AWESOME! Arrived on time. Arrived in good shape. SUPER well thought-out design. Every detail seems to be carefully engineered and strong. It was very easy to assemble. The challenges were about how and where to attach to the house and my porch. But these are specific to each situation. They made the attachments very adjustable to a wide variety of angles and situations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. It's a bargain. It would have cost $6,000 for a high quality retractable awning or $6,600 to have a contractor make an awning out of wood. So, I am a very happy camper. ... show more
