Once I order the battery and the charger box I was able to get to work. It works great just need to verified that it only comes like that not with a battery.

    • Works well for the intended purchase of spraying new wood fence with water seal.
Very easy to attach sprayer to reservoir, cleans up easily. However, the gloves they suppl;y are useless, not a biggie, but not labeling or discussing the alternative valve tips is annoying. Over all worth the money, and battery for my DeWalt tools does work well, as that was the lure for me.

Firstly, to everyone saying it doesn’t come with a battery and giving a poor rating, it very obviously says in the description. However, I’ll reinforce here that this is the paint sprayer & accessories only, no DeWalt battery is included. Purchased because we’re refinishing a dresser. This thing has made simple, smooth work of something that could have been tricky and drippy. If you’re painting furniture, make sure to fine grit sand in between for the most smooth finish. This thing finished large dresser in 2 days with the smooth, thin coats. I would purchase again 5x over. ... show more

I ordered this item but never had the opportunity to use it before the return policy ended. It won’t work at all and apparently the battery needs to be a specific dewalt model. I have multiple dewalt batteries but none work so I can’t be sure if that is the issue or not. Can’t find any way of reaching the manufacturer so very dissatisfied. Amazon has no option for me either. I may need to switch online shopping away from Amazon. ... show more

Lightweight. This product needs to be constantly taken apart and cleaned to prevent any paint (water-based) latex to clog up the nozzle. Used it one time. Probably the last time. My mistake for purchasing. It’s basically a one and done product. Setting up different paints and watering them down so the paint gun doesn’t burn out, clog up is not for everyone. Save yourself the headache and get a more expensive product that will function properly without ruining your project. Save yourself the trouble, headaches and learn from my experience/ mistake.     • You get what you pay for!!!! and in my opinion, this is a good product for the cost!
I was very pleased with the product and knew exactly what I was purchasing and what it included! My only question was if everyone else who used this product had an issue with spraying a flat surface and the paint almost looked like it was peeling? What did I do wrong? We sprayed exterior doors, worked great on 2, on the 3rd door, I was spraying white on the surface of the interior of the door and went back out to check it for drying and saw a couple of spots on the door newly painted but it looked like it was peeling underneath the new paint? so spent time sanding the door down again... and re-painting..?? Help with correcting me with not doing this again. ... show more
