  • Best Lightweight Winter Gloves I've Bought
Color: Black Size: Large
I love these gloves enough that I've bought them 4 years in a row. Which at first brings up a question of durability, but I don't necessarily use them for their intended purpose. I'm a forklift operator, and most of my time in the past few years has been spent in a lumber yard in Texas. So, they see a lot of use that they aren't meant to handle, and a lot of wild temperature changes. But they stand the test of time and wear year in and out. They are running gloves, as we all know. But they have kept my hands warm driving at speeds up to 15mph in the rainy and windy cold. They have a water repellent exterior and a felt interior, so they do well to keep my hands dry as well (when not in a torrential downpour). They have kept my hands warm in temperatures as low as 5°F. On top of keeping my hands warm, they have also served as work gloves on cold days. When the weather permits, I don't wear proper work gloves. So for me, it's important that the gloves I do wear do not impead my grip or dexterity. And these don't. I'm not gonna say that they're not noticeable when working with them, because they are. But they aren't an annoyance or obstacle when you need to do something with your hands. All that said, the advertised touch screen use isn't really an option. That's the one thing these gloves don't do for you, unfortunately. When the screen does detect your touch, it's typically not where you were trying to touch. I'll round this off by saying that they are good gloves for people with sensory issues. I personally will refuse to wear a comfort item if it's an uncomfortable texture or fabric for me. But, thankfully, these gloves have never triggered my sensory issues. Even after many washes, and being caked in mud, chemicals, and sawdust the gloves feel do not change. One final note, this is my 4th year buying this pair of gloves. The first year: I used them until they had holes in the sides of the pointer fingers, which was approximately 4 months of use in hard labor. The second year: I used them the same way for about 3 months before my co-worker stole them, which he proceeded using them for 2 more months before losing them. As far as I know, they never developed holes the second year. The third year: I used them as they were intended, as I wasn't working at the lumber yard or on a forklift. I used them for 4 months before another one of my coworkers stole them. To my knowledge they are still in pristine condition, and he uses them for biking (he regularly participates in bicycle races and wears them when it's chilly). And this is my fourth year purchasing them, the quality and use I have gotten out of them is well worth the price. I highly recommend them. ... show more

  • So far so good. Grateful for the XXL size!
Color: Black Size: XX-Large
Finally, some gloves that fit my XXL hands! The touch screen function works reasonably well. Not for sub-arctic temperatures, but fine for walking in moderate cold.

  • Good warmth and excellent water resistance
Color: Black Size: Large
Excellent water resistance. Turned on the sink faucet while wearing and doused them for about 45 seconds. Not 1 drop of water got through the seams. I then typed this review on my phone while wearing them wet. Have not worn them in anything below 38 degrees but they kept my fingers warm at that temp. I will update this when I return from a week of hiking. Weather expected to be in the low 20's (f). So far, I would recommend these gloves. Update: The gloves held up well and were my primary gloves while backpacking for a week. Would not use as primary gloves in below freezing temps, my fingers were cold in the mornings (21/22 f). Good wind and water resistance, but when I handled cold items the gloves did not have much insulation. The gloves are little thick to be used as glove liners but would work well if used with mittens. Overall I still recommend this product. ... show more

  • Decent For Fall & Spring
Color: Black Size: Small
These gloves are pretty decent for about 40°F and above. I'd call them wind resistant, but definitely not wind proof and DEFINITELY not waterproof. They are also lightweight and flexible but the raw seems on the inside against my skin makes them not as comfortable as I had hoped. However, they do not work with my touch screen even though I have had no issues with other touchscreen compatible gloves in the past. I don't have a screen protector on, either. Not sure what's up with that. ... show more

  • Good gloves
Color: Black Size: X-Large
These were purchased to serve as winter driving gloves since I now park my car outside, and it gets cold here in the winter. They are comfortable and fit well corresponding to the sizing in the chart on Amazon. My only complaint is that there’s a seam right in the middle if the thumb. If that were about an inch or 2cm down towards the wrist they would rate 5 stars. As it is they serve their purpose well. They would also make good glove liners for leather gloves. ... show more
