Purchased this with high hopes. After opening the box all hopes were gone. The wood was so rough as though it had never been sanded. The paint looked more like primer.. Very splotchy and thin. Had to repair pieces due to major cracks. Used a lot of wood glue when assembling it. Took over 3 hours to assemble because of very poor instructions (bad translation). Screw types listed in manual did not match what was indicated on hardware package. Would I recommend this…a very resounding NO! Would I buy again…absolutely NOT. You get what you pay for. These look nice but you will get splinters if you’re in shorts. One of the seat slats was broken when we unpacked the box so we will have to glue it back together. It was easy to assemble once you realized which holes align to the connecting tables. Assembly hint: Set the two bases side by side and make sure the extra holes are in the inside. Install the “B” boards to these sides. The directions are a bit vague but once you see it… it’s smooth sailing. ... show more

This set looks very nice. It fits perfectly in our front porch and we are very happy with it so far. The paint job was not great and it definitely needed some sanding and some paint reapplied. The chairs are also a little flimsier than i had expected. Despite these qualms, we are very happy with the set and with a little work have made it exactly what we wanted. ... show more

Product arrived Broken and Busted up in the Boxes. Contacted the Sender and they refused to exchange it and stated I'd have to pay to ship the broken and damaged upon arrival items back. Very cheap quality and very cheap Wood.

Quality was what I expected considering the reviews I read so I was expecting some concerns. However the component parts should at the very least be made to properly assemble. One of the front leg pieces had the holes drilled in the wrong pattern and could not be assembled properly without my drilling an extra hole into the piece I had. You can see in the assembly pamphlet that I should have two pieces with 5 holes. The triangle on my piece is flipped, the single hole should face the double holes at the end. Easy to fix if you have a drill and bit and don't mind having an extra hole. But a real problem for someone who only has the screwdriver needed for assembly. I would also recommend using a water resistant wood glue during assembly to strengthen the chairs. ... show more

For the price it works . Once all together, it’s solid and comfy . It’s dry wood , some cracked , paint defects . It needs some sanding , touch ups and maybe some reinforcement on the screws .
