We're very happy with this patio set. It came in two shipments, which arrived a couple of days apart. I contacted the seller because I was concerned that I didn't receive the entire shipment together. They responded immediately with all the pertinent shipping/tracking info. They were very nice and assured me that the 2nd shipment was on the way and should arrive within a day or two, which it did. It took a while to put it together (one person, just under an hour), but the directions were clear, all of the parts were included, plus extra screws and other small hardware pieces. Once it was fully assembled, it looks exactly like the picture, is very comfortable, the cushions are not too soft where you sink in, but have a nice sturdiness to them. The fabric, being waterproof, has a bit of a plastic or nylon kind of feel rather than the linen kind of feel that I think is more typical, but that is just a minor unexpected feature, yet still worth mentioning so you are aware. Personally, it's not enough for me to knock off any stars, it is, after all, waterproof. I also greatly appreciate that a cover is included for each piece, the couch, ottoman and table. I can't speak yet of how well this set will hold up through time, but for all the pieces you get for this price, for the initial apparent quality of the set and with my experience with the one correspondence I had with this company, I'm very pleased with this purchase. 1. Easy build…They send you a ratchet w a bit that fits the bolts. No more painful hex wrench cranking w a 10 foot bolt. THANK YOU for that included tool. Also, directions were clear and all parts were labeled correctly and easy to see/read. 2. Functions - customizable, sturdy, and durable. Also light enough to pick up or push. 3. Comfort- feels great to sit on and prop your feet up. Pillows and foam are thick and firm. No door mat thin nonsense 4. Price - for $300ish dollars, shipped to you house, this is unbelievable value. Very nice patio set! Somewhat easy to assemble, just takes time. Took me about 3 hours to assemble. Only thing I have a gripe about is the ottoman cushion slides around (thinking about putting velcro strips on ottoman and cushion) so it stays in place. The cover is nice but it is 3 separate pieces. Thinking about purchasing a different cover (more heavy duty) and so it fits L-shaped so I don’t have to separate the ottoman and couch. ... show more

I read another review about them using their drill. It’s a time saver! Probably would have taken several more hours and ALOT of sweating and torn knuckles using the piddly Allen wrench included! I got a Hex set also on Amazon. I have put together several other furniture pieces without it. Trust me! Use a drill. The table assembly was a bit challenging, 2 screws would not completely fit but it didn’t affect the integrity of it. The ottoman went together in minutes. The sofa took me 2 hours though I had to take frequent breaks due to my old back. I’m a 64 YO woman who is quite handy and I was able to do it myself. Like the instructions say do not tighten until it is all put together. This may be how some are having issues with holes not lining up. Overall I’m very pleased. It’s a bit bigger than I thought, but I bought this mainly because I wanted the thicker cushions. They are 4”. The cushions fit snugly on the sofa so they really don’t slide around as I’ve read elsewhere. I would have paid $10 extra to have the cushion covers already put on. That was the biggest pain lol. Finally. They said delivery would be Feb. 1-5. I got one box on the 30th and the other on the 31st. It’s a nice piece for the price. ... show more

Wish I had this 3 years ago! ( or ten!). I The cushions are a solid 4” and fine for reading, napping, or simply to look at. Using the supplied tiny racket wrench (nice surprise!) made it easy for this senior gal to assemble. I enjoyed having a simple project. I recommend organizing & labeling the individual hardware baggies. I also went through the clear & simple instructions in advance and labled the bags per step. The ottoman and lounge pieces arrived in one box. The sofa came separately the next day. I recommend for final steps attaching “legs” to turn sofa up so the placement of the screws are visible and easy on the back. Better to assemble in the shade so you and the plastic rattan don’t get too hot. Put on some nice music🎶🌻🪷 ... show more

This seems to be pretty good quality and I like the style but I am giving up on the assemble! I can't seem to get matching holes for the seat parts. I have changed their places but at the end, they don't match up and one of the holes that you screw a bolt into stripped easily! I am sure I could return it without problem as the seller was very responsive to a delivery problem but I have gotten rid of the boxes and am just tired of this project! Hopefully my husband will come up with a salvage plan as he is very resourceful. ... show more

This set is amazing! We didn't have room to use the coffee table/storage . What sold me first was the cushions. They say washable (haven't yet) they're thick and dense. The fabric is durable and easy to keep clean, & water and liquid doesn't seep through, it ppols on top. The fabric is very much like a canvas. I spilled coffee on it the first day and it just pooled on the surface! Also, it comes with 2 wethwr proofing covers. One large for couch & one smaller for ottoman. What a bonus! To purchase those separately, it would be expensive. My husband and I are not small people, & this couch holds up just fine. It's beautiful, comfortable and well made. I would definitely recommend and would totally buy again! I did tons of research , and read tons of reviews...this set was by far the best deal We've had it a few months now, we live in Florida and this ser looks as great as it did the first day!
