I normally don’t write reviews. However, if I could give this pressure cooker a 10 out of 5 stars I would. So far I’ve cooked a whole chicken, beans and rice, working on baby rack ribs, and a few other things. The best feature is all dishes I’ve cooked have taken no more than 1 hour. I have yet to try vegetables, but parsnips are in the near future as are beats. Only criticism would be to invest in some kind of trivet to keep the meat you’re cooking out of the liquid. These are beautiful pans that come in unusual colors. Spice is my favorite. They cook like cast iron and clean like Teflon. The best of both worlds. I have this plus 2 covered skillets and a large covered pan plus the 6 piece set of bread pans etc. I just love how they look and cook.

Looks great and so easy to use. 6 quart - large enough for a family of 4 Higher up front price point - but if it lasts for years then it is worth it 4 color options Modern and sleek looking Pressure cook, slow cook, sear and saute as well as keep warm. I love to use a silicone insert and have a baked potato twice a week for an at home lunch and this Our Place Dream cooker lets me do that with ease. If you decide to cook seafood in here I would highly suggest that you get an additional pan, lid and gasket as they do hold the smell no matter how much you clean them. ... show more

I’m happy with this cooker. It can be a pressure cooker or crock pot. I’ve used it to make beans, rice, an frioles charros. It looks pretty on the counter, and is not hard to operate.
