There is a small spoon for measuring in the bag which I wasn't aware of but it mixes beautifully whether you're adding it to Coffee directly or mixing it into your coffee creamer or your cocoa. It has a nice mile taste it is earthy obviously but it's not overpowering and if you mix it with cocoa or protein powder you don't even taste the mushroom flavor. Feels good to drink it, doesn't upset my stomach, and can be turned into more savory beverage with hot water for soup or broth.     • For the dogs - and now for me, too!
I’ve been giving the dogs mushrooms for years. I don’t know if it does anything but they’re happy and healthy. Problem was that I couldn’t afford to use it myself, too! With the huge reduction in our income this year, and “inflation” which really is the devaluing of the dollar, I didn’t think I could continue! Found this and it would fill the jar for my prior brand at least five times, plus it has more kinds of mushrooms! That means I’m saving $100!! Every five months! It’s not as dark as the other brand but that could be because of the three added types of mushrooms. Recently I’ve read lots about mushrooms being good for the brain. My wife has dementia and has decided she no longer likes mushrooms! I bought this so I could sneak some mushrooms into sauces, stews, soups etc. and it seems to work well for that purpose so I am very satisfied. It’s a large package.

My mental security in the past week has increased, my anxiety has significantly decreased and it's only been a week. I wasn't expecting to notice anything at all but my gut health has also improved. I like it. I mixed it with my coffee with the hazelnut creamer to balance the mushroom taste. I bought this to see if can help me with my bloated stomach. Will update again if there is any progress happening.

If you are looking for a non gmo blend of mushrooms that are grown and harvested in the USA this would be a good choice. 1 scoop, which is included, is a serving of 1,000mg. The bag has approximately 340 servings so should last a long time. The expiration date on the bag I received is nearly two year away.
