Women’s One A Day Multivitamin I’ve been using for 2 years now. After trying many other brands I find this Bayer product to be the best on the market. Since taking these I rarely get sick, my skin has never looked better, my CBC always shows perfect numbers, I feel stronger & I have an increase in energy. This multivitamin offers 6 key vital functions: •bone health •heart health •immune health •skin health •healthy muscle function •healthy energy metabolism. The daily value on all the key supplements are 100% or higher with the exception of calcium & magnesium which is at 10%. The new version tablet is nearly 1/2 the size as the original tablet size I use to take. See my picture for reference. The one thing I wish Bayer did when they decreased the size of the tablet was reduce the size of the bottle. It’s still the same size with a lot more room that’s empty. See my picture for reference. Personally I feel this is a waste of plastic for the environment. I recycle so I hope this is properly resolved. It would’ve been nice for the company to reduce their packaging though. There are 200 tablets in the bottle. This is nearly a 7 month supply. At the subscribe & save cost of $13.34 this equates to 7 cents a tablet which is an unbeatable price on Amazon. These is the multivitamin I’ll stick with as I’ve found it produces the best results with my body. One more thing I’d like to add is in the past when I was trying different brands the daily dose was too high on certain supplements & I’d become nauseous. The daily percentage being what they are in this multivitamin I’ve found to be just right on my stomach. I take one tablet in the morning with a full glass of water & my breakfast.
