It is a rare case when the discrepancy in description, this time a photo of wrong couplers, is benefitting the buyer. The couplers actually included in the package are different. They are made of white, not orange plastic and have 2 pairs of connectors on one side and 1 pair - on another side. It makes possible to connect 3, not 2 wires together, if necessary: 2 wires on one side plus one more on the opposite side. I used it to connect 3 ground wires together. Besides, all connectors are actually little clamps so you just push the clamp button, push the tip of the wire in the hole and release the button, that’s it. The overall quality is great, from packaging to the spare parts. They even included the spare pieces of the white and black wires, tinned on both sides. These weren’t the right fit for what I needed but also, the picture shows the wires connected to the bulb part and that’s not true. All the parts come separate in one bag so you have to connect everything before you can use them. I was looking for one that I can just plug in. Used it to connect a lamp with motion detector to existing can light in pantry without removing the fixture. These came with quick release wire connectors already installed (See pics), some additional wires and wire nuts. Seem sturdy and well built.
