The mattress came in packed very well. It only took about an hour to fully inflate, but it only inflated to 9 inches which is fine. What everyone is saying about the mattress being very firm they aren’t lying, you’ll most likely need a gel topper for this mattress. Not easy buying a mattress online. I prefer a softer mattress, this one is less soft than I'd like. I'm a very light sleeper and can still find comfort and sleep well. I don't know if getting the 12" would make any difference in softness level, probably not. I will likely buy a topper for it. If like your mattress a little firmer than it's a good one for you for the money. ... show more

The mattress came as advertised. As someone with chronic back pain, I can honestly say, this mattress is comfortable. I have this mattress settled on a platform bed frame that doesn’t require a box spring and I sleep great every night.

I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews saying it wasn't queen size I think they ordered the full by mistake because it is definitely a standard queen...just set it up already at 9" thick I'm sure it will plump up the last inch in a few hours....seems comfortable but just set it up so can't really test it to rate that but overall very happy 😀 ... show more

Let me start off with this, it is a decent mattress if you're looking for something cheap. Unfortunately my husband and I have been sleeping on this bed for 3 weeks and there's already a problem. As you can see in the pictures a dip has started to form on only one side,as a result of the bed being bent in half for shipping and I think it's safe to say it was like this the entire time it's been in the box. I tried flipping the mattress in the hopes that it would be lower but it's right where a person's hip would be, making no difference either way. If they could figure a way to not bend it such as simply rolling it up this would fix the issue. I felt where it was and the coils have a significant gap between each other. I was really hoping to post a review after 2 months but here we are. Only time will tell if the dip gets bigger. So is it a good bed yes, we've gotten really good restful sleep just be aware that it could form a dip. It had no odor and after unpackaging it fluffed up pretty quickly. ... show more
