My diabetic feet were in horrible shape before I started using this… I must add that I also use an Amopei that I bought here on Amazon. I had an open sore on my big toe that has completely healed and I thank this product for that. I use this every day after I get out of the shower and dry my feet and toes and then I applied this liberally… I doubt that I will ever stop using it ... show more

I suffered from cracked heels, cracked inner and outer balls and dry peeling skin along the arches of both feet. If I forgot to wear socks at night, the little sharp bits would get snagged on the sheets and cause holes in the fitted sheet. Keep in mind, this was was as good as I could get with daily lotion and sockets/shoes every day. It became worse if I attempted sandals even for one day. After three uses of the O'Keefe foot cream, most of the cracks had closed and were well on their way to healing. There were no more sharp bits or peeling but there were deep crevices where the cracks had been. After two months, the cracks are completely gone and the skin itself is smooth. I still have thick skin at the heels and balls of my feet, and I could definitely walk along a hot sidewalk without worry of burning - but my feet are not callused or rough. I feel like my cracked feet were a silly thing to be ashamed about, but now that they're not, I find it is one of those small, quality of life improvements that I everyone should treat themselves to. ... show more

I have had painfully cracked feed since I was in high school. Sometimes they get so thick that they'll actually bleed and make walking extremely uncomfortable. My routine before purchasing healthy feet cream was to scrub them daily with a pumice, moisturize through out the day and apply Aquafore under socks when I went to bed-all of this in addition to getting a pedicure with a chemical exfoliant at least twice a month. I have tried dozens of specialty foot creams with mixed but minimal success. I bought this foot cream about a month ago and applied it after really scrubbing and exfoliating my feet. I can't even begin to describe the impact this cream has had. It not only stopped the thick skin from reforming and cracking, it actually made my feet healthier and nicer. I can wear sandals and my boyfriend doesn't jump should my heal rub against his leg. Seriously, buy this and don't look back it's the best money I've ever spent. ... show more

I like the hand cream they make. The hand cream really works, so I figured I would try their foot cream. It works better than some of the mainstream brands that use all sorts of chemicals to "remove" dead skin.

No mess, no smell and easy to apply. Unlike petroleum based products, this does not leave a thick, greasy feel. I apply it, put socks on for a couple of minutes and then remove. My feet are hydrated and smooth. I will continue to use this on a daily basis. I bought this product as I am a diabetic and the bottom of my feet have become so dry they have deep creases. Prior to trying O'Keeffe's, I could not find a cream or lotion that worked, not even Nivea's foot cream. This works. ... show more
