I got this in the mail today and honestly wasn’t expecting much. I mean, I paid $6 for this!! I thought it would be fairly simple and basic. Just something to pass the time while I’m sick. But this is SO DETAILED!! Definitely not a kids paint by numbers. I do like to paint so I have my own brushes and acrylics already, which is good because I’m worried I’ll run out for the sky color. I wish they included extra paint for the colors that are in higher demand on the canvas. This is definitely for people who like working on the itty bitty details (which, as a tiny painting enthusiast, I do). The canvas feels really nice, smooth and quality. The canvas seems like it was already treated with gesso it was so smooth to paint on, big +. The paint wasnt dry at all it was very easy to use and i didnt come close to running out of any colors. The only reason it didnt get a 5 star was it really doesnt look much like the picture once done. Its not detailed enough to even show the difference between different mushrooms, every color took about 2 coats to cover completely but the yellows oranges and pinks took more like 5 and 6 coats and it still looks a little off. These canvases came out, so cool. Quality in detail is awesome. I did get it as a Christmas gift. So I can’t tell if the paint quality is great. But regardless, it’s a lot larger than I expected it to be for the price.
