I bought this about 3 weeks ago for my 2006 5.8 foot bed Chevy Silverado 1500 (which Amazon says wouldn't fit, but it was perfect) and it's been amazing. The one corner up by the rear window leaks a small amount in heavy rain, but I think that may be something I can adjust slightly. Not a big deal for my uses. It also improved my gas mileage (previously 16 to18, now 20-22MPG). The tailgate does brush up against it right in the middle when closing, but it's not an issue as far as not closing at all, or being hard to close. The installation was pretty easy, although the knobs on the anchor clips are pretty difficult to tighten down. If this only lasts me a year or two, I'd be happy to buy another. ... show more

Installation manual detailed, installation was a breeze. I like the plastic fasteners, very easy to handle. I got this cover about 2 months ago and I hate it. The only thing good I can say is that it kept the bed dry when it was sitting in the driveway. Haven't driven it in the rain yet. I came with a slight bow in the back end brace so had to lift it a little to close the tailgate. I did bend it a little to fix that. I really hate the latches. They're flimsy, hard to adjust and the lock in the middle section is impossible to reach without standing in the wheel. Even then, you have to reach underneath. I'm 5' 6" and its on a Silverado 2500. I bought it because I only needed it to last during the lease. I had a 4 way before and no center latch. ... show more
