The thinning feels a little better, and there's less oil overall. I don't think this shampoo makes hair grow back when you're thinning/balding, nor does it claim to (like the supplements do). I've been using the Nutrafol Shampoo for a while now, and I'm impressed with the results. It's great for thinning hair, improving volume, strength, and texture noticeably. Plus, it smells amazing! I just added the Nutrofol Shampoo and Conditioner to my routine. I am also currently taking the Nutrofol vitamins. This shampoo lathers well, has no smell, and a little goes a long way. Only thing I didn't like is the size of the bottle. It's much smaller than I thought it would be. Besides that I'm completely satisfied. Did not stop my hair loss which was the main reason for my purchase. However, it smells nice and is very soapy and foamy. Hair feels clean.

This product helped me to manage my thinning hair that has lost most of it's natural curl. Finally finding a product that helps is terrific. I have a cupboard full of useless things. Ive only used this for about a month now and the fragrance is fabulous and it leaves my hair soft and full. i am also using the conditioner so maybe too early to tell if it is helping in reducing my hair loss or helping in regaining lost hair. The biggest drawback is the price - super expensive and also the price of the powder to drink. I can't afford both so just going to try this set of shampoo/conditioner for now. ... show more

Used it two times. Lathers well; smells nice. After using this shampoo, my hair felt like straw, completely stripped of all moisture. It was nearly impossible to comb. (I used a conditioner I already had that has worked very well for me for several years. However, my conditioner did not work for me after using this shampoo.)
