  • Way better than expected ! And came back and bought 2 more!
Size: 10.75 X 8.5 Inches
Just received planner (bought 2) and was extremely pleased upon opening box. I have been a Daytimer, Franklin Planner person for years. I discovered as tech in phones included calendars, I used planner one day, but many others not. So I looked on here for quite some time to find just the right undated planner for not too much money. Some reviews said paper too thin, bleed through page...I knew I would exclusively use a ball point pen for entries so not a problem. I expected to see a flimsy cardboard cover, and super thin pages - which I accepted cuz the price is great. What the planner actually is - hardbound (I have black), plain front with inset area to put your own Avery type label (whatever you want to call it). The Index page upon opening planner is super basic -- I like something a little better - but not a big deal. I turned page and first is a lined page for diary entry - or goals, whatever - no time thing. Was expecting super thin paper (like a bible) but was happily surprised the weight of paper is not bad. True a rollerball pen may bleed through so just be prepared to use ballpoint. There are no monthly or weekly calendar sheets in back (some planners have them), but again I just wanted undated daily sheets with a diary page - so if a week goes by and don't use (which happened w/Daytimer over time) I am not flipping blank sheets. In the back is a clear page with pocket front and back & slot for two business size (credit card may fit haven't tried yet) cards. Last page are a variety of labels you can handwrite on for front and create tabs to section. (I like typed labels so I may get Avery type to run through a printer.. That's it. Sorry so long. I'm particular about planners and it's near New Year so I thought being detailed would help someone out there trying to choose. Last thing, I also have used Zig Ziglar weekly book planner - not enough space to write out day and it costs around $40+ . Found my new go to planner. Yay!. Happy Holidays and Best 2023 New Year! May 2023: Really like writing out dates need on the undated pages as I go. Do not regret, and have bought a couple more whenever I need to bump my purchase price up for free shipping - I KNOW I WILL USE THESE! Also I use Rocketbook Fusion Plus and Rocketbook plain pages to use and reuse. I use this planner for my daily plan/things to do and note taking as I am on the phone. I really LOVE the diary page next to the undated calendar page. You can write details of the day. Or an actual diary page. Can't say enough about this simple undated planner. AND noooo the pages don't fall out. Only way that would happen is if you are ridiculously hard on it. The plastic sleeve with pocket is handy for follow up mail. Thank you for bearing with my writing. Enjoy the rest of 2023! And what's great is you can buy this and use it any day to start. Or like some people say, use it for a certain trip, or conferences.. ... show more

  • Probably the best CYA purchase one could make
Size: 10.75 X 8.5 Inches
A colleague recommended this journal as a method of CYA with all of the ongoing projects we juggle. So far this feels like it is the best insurance policy I have with regards to logging daily work should someone ever question results of a work day. Ultimately these planners come down to one's own diligence with recordkeeping. The layout and flexibility of this planner specifically lends itself to accurate record-keeping no matter one style (I believe). Even considering the price point, I can't imagine having a better tool to cover your a** (CYA) when it comes to a work log than this planner (I've bought a few, but this one breaks the mold). Build a system that makes use of this planner and I can't imagine you'll regret it. ... show more

  • Perfect as a Travel Journal and a bargain at the price!
Size: 10.75 X 8.5 Inches
I'd been searching a long time for a Travel Journal that could meet all my needs, with the ability to ruminate on experiences, record places of note, good places to stay and eat, reservations & appointments, etc AND be able to hold the information for periods of up to several months at a time. Even "custom" planners/journals didn't cut it, but I accidentally stumbled on this and figured I'd give it a try. It had its maiden voyage in May, for a short seaside trip of about a week, and it performed even better than I had hoped! Yes, since it is geared toward office use, I've had to improvise a little. For example, "Follow-Up Calls" became "Follow-Up" with the help of a little whiteout tape, enabling me to list the contact info for persons, places & things I want to seek out (or avoid) on future trips to the area. The over all layout is great however, and lends itself well to whatever sorts of information I want to record--in fact, the "Action Items" area turned out to be a perfect way to track daily expenses, since the hourly scheduling section was actually better suited to plan out my few Must Do items each day. In short, I absolutely love this! It is very well made, with hard front & back covers to help it hold up well even in a backpack or tote and the added feature of pockets to hold receipts, brochures, etc. My only recommendation would be to increase the thickness of the paper, as probably only gel pens or something similar would keep one from seeing the existence of writing on the other side. However, the previous day's info became sort of like a background watermark and does not interfere with each individual day's information being very clear and easy to read. Each book has roughly 200 pages, so a good 3 months of travel can be recorded at a time (2 pages per day), but there is also a nifty Index at the front of the book, enabling one to separate out each trip, or important aspects of a single trip I suppose, for easy future reference. This is the best I've ever seen at giving me everything I want and need in a Travel Journal. I'm glad I bought 2, but plan to buy a couple more in case this version gets an "upgrade" at some point. ... show more
