They came in today I’m letting them soak in soapy water as they have a super strong plastic chemical type smell they’re very well-made for the price. I’m very surprised haven’t tried them yet, but I have pretty high hopes just from what I’ve seen. Will update once I have tried them UPDATED: I like using them when I’m on the go or working around the house however for me personally they do not completely empty my breast but still they are nice to have an really a nice option ... show more

I bought this pump not once but twice! The first time I used it, worked amazing! I was super happy with it until one of the pumps started doing pumping one second and then just completely stopped then pump again. I called Amazon and they sent me my money back and I of course being happy with the first one bought the product again (thinking the old pump was just malfunction) WELP!! I was wrong, I got the new pump and charged it before using and literally on the first use it did the same thing again!! I’m so frustrated! As a mom of a 4 month old, it’s hard having to call Amazon, get my money refunded and on top of that WAIT for a product that should be working in the first place!! I honestly won’t be buying this pump again and that’s so sad because I really really liked the pump, the case and everything it came with. :( Will be contacting Amazon tomorrow morning ... show more

I contacted support due to some issues I was having at first they got back to me right away and were able to help me figure everything out. I 100% recommend this pump not only because it works but because the customer service is super helpful. I was using a spectra s2 before trying this pump and I would get around 3 to 5 Oz total when I tried the nicegreen pump I started getting 3 to 4 Oz from my left breast and 3 to 6 Oz from my right. I don't use it all the time because I was told to use hospital grade pumps like the spectra but I definitely get much better results from the nicegreen pump. ... show more

This pump worked amazing for the first 2 weeks, and then one of the motors stopped suctioning correctly. I had amazing assistance in getting a replacement set, and within 1 week of using the replacements the same thing happened. Poorly made & not worth the money
