The product itself works fine. The problem is it fits different years and that is where the problem is.My PT Cruiser is a 2003 and the motor doesn't line up with the factory opening for the motor. I had to drill new holes in the motor housing and reposition the motor so that the window would go up and down. Car companies change parts and design all the time and that is why when buying from dealership parts dept they ask for the VIN. That way you get the correct part for your car. ... show more

    • Does not fit correctly!!
This regulator is not an exact fit, although it can be made to work. There is a bracket that is supposed to bolt on to the motor for the door panel to screw into. This bracket will not bolt onto this motor and you have to make it work by adding a clip so the door panel can bolt up correctly. Also the motor seems as tho its on a bimd when coming back up. ... show more
