A Homeopathic doctor recommended this product. I have several auto-immune disorders...Sjogrens, severe digestive problems, Fibromyalgia, Bursitis, and add to that, two deteriorating neck vertebrae. With that comes joint pain, Migraine headaches, severe neck pain, months of sleepness nights, awakening stiff, sore, weak and so on. I KNOW MANY OF YOU CAN RELATE. After having this sit on the counter for about a week, I made myself take 3 gel tabs twice a day. Because of the Sjogrens, I find it difficult to swallow any pill (partially psychological I'm sure). After about two weeks of regular doses of Zyflamend, I awoke one morning with the realization that I had had a good nights sleep, my neck wasn't hurting and I actually felt good... no...I felt great for the first time in months. Wow! One week has passed now. I still feel great. I'm functioning with a REAL LIFE again. I feel greatful and relieved. I can't say that Zyflamend alone is the answer. I have been using this product for years with success even when they changed to the new capsule . I rcv'd some yesterday each capsule has a large air bubble on top and it did absolutely nothing for sleep.I called the co. to see if it was missing ingredients they said no missing ingredients and the nitrogen bubble is normal.Also 1 of the herbs in the product comes from CHINA the rest from europe,india and u.s.Bottom line is its expensive and does not work now at all.so what changed?I have been using it off and on for 10 years.It is a waste of money and am very disappointed in their product.I know they got bought out a while ago .Not recommended if you want help with your sleep ... show more

Myself and Several Friends/Family Have Used this For Years for a Variety of Inflammation Types. None of us will live without it!! Period. My mom's aching/arthritic fingers haven't actually ached for over a year, since I finally got her to take it. My knees and low back only start aching when I have stopped taking it for a week or so. CAUTION first-time buyers of MINI SOFTGELS... 6 SOFTGELS PER SERVING VERSUS 2 CAPSULES PER SERVING! I bought these because I think Zyflamend does help with my inflamation and the bottle was a lot cheaper (almost reasonable) than the capsules I purchased previously. I did not look closely and did not realize that these are not the same. Because you have to take 6 per serving instead of 2 they actually end up being a lot more expensive (and are not reasonably priced at all!) I think I like the product, but at that price I am just going to go with turmeric powder instead... very cheap if you can find a store that specializes in Indian foods/spices. It's a shame they charge sooo much for such common ingredients! ... show more

I've been taking Zyflamend in conjunction with Feverfew ever since my Rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis 12 years ago. As long as I take this combo faithfully, I am fine. If I forget for a couple of days, I can barely climb up and down steps, carry in groceries or perform normal activities due to stiffness and pain. Not sure if I'm just crazy or if everytime I take this I tend to wake up more times during the night than if I don't take it. I know it makes me tired in about 30-40 minutes. I just don't think it helps me stay asleep or might even be waking me up for some reason after 3-4 hours. Does it just wear off? I normally sleep through the night without taking it. I take it to relieve muscle soreness from working out and minor back pains that I don't want to take Aleve or Tylenol. I use the other zyflamend whole body during daytime and love it.
