The media could not be loaded. I've been using New Brothread products since I started machine embroidery two years ago. It was reasonably priced and sewed out reliably well. But now it's even better. The thread is still the great quality that I've experienced but they listened to their customers. They've added a place to put your thread during storage so you don't have thread unraveling all over the place, they've got the thread weight on the top of the label (altho I think that was always their with NB), it now comes in larger spools (love this 1000m spool) and it arrives in a wonderful, reusable plastic thread container. I made the FSL bookmarks with all New Brothread. I used this thread top and in the bobbin as well as used New Brothread's Washaway Mesh stabilizer. Ran the machine at full speed with no issues. Updated review (9/20/23): The company reached out to me and offered to replace or refund my order, they also worked with me to troubleshoot why the thread might be breaking. It is quite possible that I got a bad spool in the bunch. I will continue to use the box of thread and will update my review down the road when I have had a chance to test the other spools. I am especially impressed because they contacted me after the return window closed! Bought these because there were many reviews favorably comparing this with Sulky threads, but immediately noticed a difference in stitch out. I didn’t return as I desperately needed black thread to complete my project. The thread was constantly fraying and then breaking. Not being an inexperienced embroiderer I did change out my needle, rethread my machine, tried adjusting the tension, but continued to have issues. The finished product looks essentially the same, but as a professional I don’t have time to be rethreading my machine 2 or even 3 times during a 20 minute project. May be worth the price difference to someone who is starting out. ... show more
