Works great. Love how simple and handy it is. Creates very foamy milk. If you don't get the foam is unusually user error. Let the hot water come out to a rag and then start foaming on the top of the milk line. Once you got enough foam clean it with the hot water and rag. It's not dificult. The only thing good about this espresso maker is its looks, by the way it’s plastic. It made extremely loud noises when first used, it literally shook the case, so loud! I looked past this because it worked for about a month. At this point it does not froth the milk, makes watery espresso and also burns the milk. It’s too late to send it back now, what a rip off! This is my favorite purchase! The quality is amazing (as a coffee snob) and it’s really easy to use. The size is the average size of an espresso machine. The noise isn’t too loud, but also average for a coffee machine. The coffee flows out beautifully.

For the price, I was expecting the materials to be of better quality, but this is a good beginner espresso machine. Instructions could be a bit more clear, or maybe I’m just dumb.

It took me a full day of figuring out how to use it because I realized I forgot to remove the rubber piece that was between the water tank and the waterspout that pulled the water into the machine 😅😭 once I removed that it has been working perfectly for us and I'm so happy to have this machine!!!! Bought this back in July it’s now November. Loved it at first, took a while to learn but as soon as I got it, it was great. Now however it doesn’t work properly, it still works but it does not build enough pressure. It’s perfect for college though because I am not worried about my roommates breaking it. (Let’s be real they probably broke it and I didn’t notice) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful machine, it’s an experience to make the coffee. Very old school and fun. You have to follow google a tutorial video on how to use the first time. Coffee tastes great, nice steamer and cup warmer. Excellent Christmas gift

Very lightweight so it slides around when you take the grounds out and put in, steamer doesn’t froth the milk, doesn’t heat up sometimes with no reason. Very expensive for such a poor quality machine. Only good things is how it looks and that the steamer wand can turn to hover over the drip plate.
