I bought it by mistake also thinking it was supposed to glow (reading is fundamental). It does not state that it glows, only that it is neon and bright colors. My mistake, I kept it anyway. There is a BLUE FILM on it that you have to PEEL OFF. Weeding was easy. I warmed the shirt for about two seconds, laid part of my design down, and had to turn away, came back and the vinyl was already sticking to the shirt before I pressed it, no complaints. Ok so I love it it’s so vibrant I’m unsure if it glows but the vibrancy is why I bought it Some notes -You have to remove the blue film before you use the machine to cut it lol I made the mistake and you get a better cut with a deep point blade ! You will still have to carefully weed but press it with something over it as to not over heat and discolor it but it turned out beautiful and it was for a gift and he loved it as well so just follow wash instructions and heat instructions! This product is the worst! I pealed the blue layer off, it cut fine but when I went to weed it what a nightmare. I struggled to weed it then gave up. What a waste of money!!! Run do do not stop at go and don't buy this vinyl. I am also pretty sure it will not glow in the dark. Not that I am going to try. ... show more
