Mount is well made, solid construction. Hooks tight, the ball joints seem to hold their position very well. I took points off because the screw that holds the swivel piece to the clamp always comes loose. It probably should be welded in (or glued). This might not be an issue depending on the angle you have it mounted. We have a small screen mounted on a tripod leg and it tends to go floppy if you bump the screen. It’s not a deal breaker, but it is a blemish on an otherwise solid product. I would have given it 3.5 stars if half stars were allowed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Maybe this would work for some lighter devices but on the other hand probably not especially on longer run. I almost broke my Insta360 x3 while attaching it with this thing to my bicycle. I didnt move more than 10ft and swivel loosened up. Luckily i had lens cover on. Please se picture and video. All screws are fine and they hold tight exept main one showed in video. The moment you get on gravel or few bumps on the road it will loosen up and your device will be hanging or eventually fall off if its out of sight. Very frustrating i wish i just thrown my money away instead of buying this holder since it just resulted in broken equipment and even more expenses. Better spend more money and buy quality stuff. ... show more

This Neewer Super Clamp works well. It is well made and sturdy. It has a Double Ball Head Mount. I have used this in my car as well as on my camera rig. It is pretty versatile and has worked well for my purposes. It is a handy clamp to have in my photo bag.

First Look My immediate impression was great. It seemed very sturdy, solid with some good weight, and with easy fluid-like adjustability. I liked the build of the clamp and the option to bolt with 1/4x20 or 3/8. The double ball appeared to articulate well and to a very acceptable range. The paddings are nice and durable. Practical Application Although the clamp opens pretty wide, i found it was a bit limited and I wouldn’t feel comfortable using it on anything over an inch in diameter. I’m aware that for most rigs this will not be a problem but it’s good to keep in mind. I also wish the tightening lock knob for the double-ball was metallic instead of plastic or at least a little larger to allow a better grip when tightening down. It can loosen easily if not cranked down well. All-in-all I am pleased and it definitely does the job intended. If someone is using anything similar made of plastic or a spring-clamp alternative I would definitely recommend this upgrade. ... show more

I used this as a base to make a custom mount for my magnetic radio holder. I'm basically making a cheaper version of the mob armor claw. It works okay. While the max width is just over 2 inches, only a small part of the claw make surface contact with the grab handle on the jeep dash. I would have like it if the claws were just a little longer so there would be a little bit of wrap around. ... show more
