My mom is 84 and has hearing aids. It has been a consistent problem with the part that goes in her ear collecting ear wax, which will cause the hearing aid to whistle. I typically would take the hearing aid to my moms audiologist to clean them out. This clean kit works wonderfully. it has the initial tail that goes through the interior of the hearing aid tube and then you pull the pipe cleaner part through to remove the wax from the tub.     • A little tricky to thread.
My son wears bte hearing aids with ear molds. I had a bit of trouble threading the cleaner through the tubes, so it’s not exactly as simple as you’d like it to be. The product works well though! I feel like they’re too expensive for the amount you receive.
