Despite some bizarre shipping unit works well. I did however. Have to pop the top off to plug in the heater switch as it wasn't fully plugged in, luckily the machines aren't hard to work on and nothing was faulty. Works great. Heads up though, shipping was bizarre. The unit went from KS to Florida back to KS before it came to mo. However. It works, it made it here and I'm happy with the performance. Wish it had a bigger tank but storage is an issue for me, so if it were bigger I wouldn't have bought it. Just what I needed, thank you steambrite, thank you Amazon and thank you mytee. ... show more

    • Keeps Breaking
When it arrived we put water in it to find out it would not keep water due to a broken part inside unit. They sent a new part and we installed. Worked fine two times now leaking again. I will be contacting again to get more parts. Pretty high priced to keep breaking.

    • Great vacuum, works great
I run a car detailing business and this vacuum has become very valuable asset. Great water pressure, along with great suction. I've Used this vacuum about 20 times since I bought it a few months back and it never let me down. Only true complaint about the vacuum is I wish there were a cover over the cleaning solution port to block out debris from falling in there but other than that I highly recommend and would definitely buy again. I wish I got it sooner ... show more

I recently purchased the s-300h Upholstery Extractor, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. From the moment I unboxed it, the machine was impressively user-friendly. The setup process was straightforward, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, which is a huge plus for anyone who isn't too tech-savvy. The performance of the machine was nothing short of remarkable. I used it on my old sofa, which had accumulated years of dirt and stains. To my amazement, the extractor worked efficiently, leaving my sofa looking as good as new. The suction power was strong, removing deep-seated dirt with ease, while the cleaning solution used was effective yet gentle on the fabric. It's also worth mentioning the noise level, which was surprisingly low compared to other machines I've used in the past. However, there's room for improvement in terms of storage solutions. The hose and other accessories, while functional, can be cumbersome to store neatly. The addition of a storage bag or even some simple straps to secure the hose when not in use would greatly enhance the overall user experience. This would make the extractor not only a powerful cleaning tool but also a more convenient and space-efficient one for homes with limited storage options. In conclusion, I'm thoroughly impressed with the this Extractor. It's a robust, effective cleaning tool that's easy to use and delivers excellent results. I love it. I don’t try to run a detailing business with it. I have kids and use it to clean up after them. I use it to keep up with a couple cars, sofas, rugs, drapes, and as a supplement to my ElCheapo upright carpet cleaner. I use the upright for 80% of the cleaning in large areas then go over bad spots again with the Mytee. I’ve had no issues with it. ... show more

This had what I needed except that the power cords are so cheap that they heat up and cause the extension cord and the power cord to not release or disconnect, because the cord is not the right power cord for this machine and ended up in the very first use to melt together with a $140 extension cord, a very thick and powerful cord. Again great machine, just cheap power cords for this machine. ... show more
