Mattresses are very personal items with a wide range of preferences. Therefore, I am going to try to give you the facts more so than my personal opinion. First, some background. My wife and I have slept on an expensive Tempurpedic mattress for the past for the past 12 years which we purchased for $3,000 at the time. We purchased this queen mattress for $200 with the coupon that was available at the time of purchase. The tempurpedic has begun to sag and we are considering upgrading to a king so we thought we'd buy a cheaper mattress for now until we decide if we are going to make the upgrade. All of this is to say that our expectations are different than if we were coming off a mattress in the same price range. We received this in a much smaller box than I anticipated. When I first rolled it out while still sealed up, it was barely thicker than a rug. Once I broke the seal and the air came in, it expanded to its full size. We let it rest for 72 hours as recommended. I have spent several nights on this mattress now and can say that it is very supportive. My back had started to hurt on the tempurpedic because of the sag. I weigh 230 lbs so back support is very important to me. This mattress is on the firm side so it is good for back and tummy sleepers. This supports my back very well and my back pain has eased since we got it. I expect it will soften a bit after a few weeks of use, but I am not sure given I have never had a hybrid mattress before. One thing I am not used to yet is the softness of the edge of the mattress when I am sitting on the edge of the bed. It compresses a lot more than my old one which is to be expected. Anywhere other than the edge is pretty evenly firm. I do like the divot pattern in the top cushion because it allows air to circulate. This is helpful on warmer nights. Overall, this is a great mattress for this price range, much better than I expected, honestly. When I compare this to what I have seen and tested out at the local brick and mortar store at the same price point, I think this one is much better. ... show more

I was looking for a queen mattress that would be delivered right to my door. I remember the days when I would need to rent a big truck to fit a big mattress in it and what a pain it was to get it up the stairs, especially a few flights up in a tight hallway! I ordered this mattress with Amazon Prime and it was here in 2 days, it doesn't get more convenient than that! The box was compact considering how big a queen mattress is! It will be easier if you have 2 people to bring it in and up the stairs, the box is about 70 lbs. I unpacked the mattress and gave it about 3 days to decompress before I slept on it. Overall I'm very happy with it!! The gel memory foam is very comfortable, the material is nice, and it looks well made and modern. I love that it gives me support but that it's not overly firm, I didn't want it to be hard as a rock. I would say it's somewhere between plush and firm which is perfect for me. I've dealt with back pain and sleeping on this has been great, it's almost like the mattress relieves pressure because it conforms to my body (even when I'm tossing and turning some nights). I've been sleeping very well on it so I'm very happy with my purchase, especially for the great price!! I also love that the company gives 100 days to try it out, as well as a 10 year warranty. My wife and I have been sleeping on this mattress for about a week and a half. It is very comfortable and looks to be well built. My wife usually prefers a firmer mattress and I like a little softer. This mattress feels soft and 'squishy' when you sit down on it, but both of us found it to be very comfortable to sleep on. Neither of us have woken up with back pains, which we used to occasionally on our old mattress. You don't feel any movement, when the other person moves or rolls over. The two 'less than positive' things I can say are: The mattress is not 'flip-able' (there is definitely a top and bottom side). The mattress measures about 4 inches short of a standard queen size (60 x 76 vs 60 x 80). Neither of us are over 6 ft, so it is only noticable in how it fits in our bed frame (actually fits better, because our other mattress was very tight top to bottom and made getting sheets on more difficult. I was skeptical at first as it was delivered thew usps. I opened up the box which was well packaged. As soon as i started to open the plastic it started to fill out. I like that it has many layers and the coils on the bottom because this gives the mattress so much support and very firm but not hard when you lay down its like laying on a cloud of pure bliss. If I could give this a 10 put 10 i would give it an 11. Love this product and for the price you cant beat it. Will definitely recommend to others. ... show more

Pro: Good value. You get what you pay for. Considering the price of this Queen Mattress, I would say that the product is totally worth what you pay. A similar 10-inch Queen could cost double than it in my local Walmart. Good support to you back. This mattress is medium firm. I can feel being supported when laying down on it. Con: The package design is hard to be carried. There is no holder on the package. Guys, this is a 70-80lbs product. It’s really difficult for one person to move the box. I was a little skeptical, but this is actually a really nice mattress. The thing came tightly wrapped like a burrito, and upon opening it literally sprung into shape. I have been sleeping on it since it arrived, and it is very comfortable. It is just the right amount of firm and soft.
