I was very impressed by the quality and brightness of the light, I replaced a 60 watt incandescent bulb in my pull string standard base porcelain fixture in my old dark farm house cellar/basement and I saw things I've never seen before...I could adjust the 6 LED panels to from horizontal facing the walls to vertical facing the floor and anywhere in between, there is also a 7th non-adjustable light that facing directly down. At 800 lumens for a 60 watt incandescent vs. 20,000 lumens for this lamp that is 25 times brighter. Fully folded up the diamter is about 6.5 inches, and with the panels extended it's about 12-14 inches which fit nicely within my ceiling joist 16 inch centers spacing. At 50,000 hour life expectancy it will be 10 to 20 years before I need to replace it and the energy saving is 85% less than incandescent bulbs, the motion sensor works well but I opted for the on/off only mode and use my pull string to switch on or off. The color quality of 5000K Daylight is a whiter bright light the pale yellow of my old bulb .....I'm very happy with this upgrade and the price is reasonable for energy saving, long life and brightness vs old fashioned bulbs. ... show more

This was simple to install, only requiring the removal of a cover on the screw end. IT IS BRIGHT. Like, “do not look into the sun” bright. It easily lights a good portion of our garage. The sensor is wood and sensitive, too. The light stays on for around a minute, but if you keep moving it will stay on. The color of the light is a cold white. ... show more

I replaced my current garage light with this new LED light by Craftersmark. It is extremely bright, which is great! But the most important feature to me was the motion sensing. I'm usually walking into my garage with my hands full, and it sure helps to not have to flip the switch - just get immediate light right when I need it! The fans of this light can be moved/adjusted in order to provde the proper angle for maximum light. This is a real nice and bright, 7-panel (6 facing out, 1 facing down) LED motion sensor light. This light screws into a standard light bulb socket. The side panels can be adjusted. The light is both motion sensitive (based on body heat) and dusk-to-dawn, so they have most every situation covered. Once motion stops, the light will stay on for 60 seconds.
