    • Fiberglass hoop style shelter
I have mostly good things to say about this shelter but one comment which may change your mind about buying it. The tent comes in a large circular bag--about three feet or more across. Though it is not particularly heavy, it is awkward to carry and cannot be packed or attached to a backpack. If you are not able to drive to your campsite (or pretty close to it) don't get this tent. That is non-negotiable because it is impossible to carry very far because of its odd size and shape. Setting this up is very straightforward--as the seller says, take it out of the package, undo the straps and throw it in the air. It sets itself up in a couple of seconds and all you have to do is put some of the included pegs in the ground for stability and attach the tent ropes to the pegs. Once set up, the tent is roomy for two, OK for two adults and maybe a kid or two. There is plenty of ventilation and while seller says this is watertight, I am not sure I'd want to go through a serious rainstorm with it. The hardware and construction are very lightweight. This is really meant to be a shelter for a day at the beach or for the kids to camp out in the backyard over the summer. Putting it away when finished is a bit of a challenge if you have never had one of these fiberglass hoop structures. It can be very easy if you have the knack or so frustrating that you will want to toss this like a frisbee into the trash. You need to watch a youtube video and practice a few times with the video as a reference to know how to collapse the various fiberglass circles so that it returns to the original flat shape. Cleaning the fabric will be nearly impossible beyond spraying it with a hose and letting it air dry when necessary. ... show more

    • The most convenient tent I've ever owned.

This pop up tent is extraordinarily easy to set up and take down. It literally takes about 2-3 minutes to be completely done. Which is super helpful when you have young kids that want to help, and also is helpful when they want to begin exploring passed the campsite, and you need to set up camp in record time! I'm not a huge fan of the way the tent is shaped when it's packed up, it's a bit awkward to fit into a vehicle and isn't friendly for being on foot or backpacking. It's spacious inside, but it's very short which makes it hard to walk around. This tent works better for us solely for use as a sleeping tent and not a hangout tent. ... show more

My family couldn't figure out how this came back together. Every time it seemed like it was beginning to be the right size, it seemed as though we would accidentally break it. The actual product video is very brief on how to put it away and we had to use someone else's review video. The best solution involved 3 people holding it and one person twisting, and we found that the instruction manual was the picture we needed. Overall, it is a decent and roomy tent. Our dogs both fit happily in there while we tested it. It was very easy to put up, and once you get the take-down process figured out, it is pretty cool. It has a sunroof and detachable cover. Although, I am not sure how durable it is or whether or not it would actually survive a trip out to the woods. The circular shape does not save you on space for this size of tent and in general, tents are not that complicated to build or store. Finally I found a durable, light weight 4 person tent that is easy to assemble. I’m so excited to go camping with this new tent. My family of 4 fits perfectly. This is large enough to hold 4 full grown adults. This tent is so well made. It is waterproof and sealed well so insects can not get in. Great ventilation with two large windows, two doors and moon roof. Keeps it bright or covers can be zipped closed to block light and provide privacy. There are two pockets under the windows and a hook above for a light. (Light not included) Product is as described. The only issue that we had was folding the tent back up, it is hard to fallow the directions. If you have any issues, recommend looking at the video of another reviewer that explains it...very simple once you see the video. Yes. I recommend. ... show more

I like camping - I don't even mind doing such in tents, but I HATE trying to find all the pieces and set up the tent and this is SO EASY! I mean it took me a minute to figure out the folding it back up piece, but once I got that it's super easy too! It's a reasonable size - not sure I agree with 4 person.. guess it depends on the size of the persons, but it comfortably fit me, my husband, and our toddler without a problem. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This tent literally takes 5 seconds to setup. Take down can be a bit tricky, watch the video and it will show you how to put it away. Literally (in its original meaning of literally) took me less than 10 seconds to put away. Do note that the tent does NOT fold down to a traditional size tent. It will be a large flat circular shape. Which should not be a problem if you are car camping, just make sure there is room in your car trunk. Also, highly recommended to practice putting the tent away at home. Because if you cannot figure it out, you will be VERY frustrated after your camping trip. ... show more
