My husband loves this set. It is very lightweight and perfect for the warmer weather. The sizing seems to be accurate and true to size. While it is a causal set it does have a classy look to it. It could be worn for many different occasions. At first I wasn't to sure about the beige color but it looks really good! He said it is very comfortable for all day wear. It sure is a nice 2 piece set. Everything fits as it should, the textured patterns on the shorts and shirt are attractive, they are comfortable, and they seem to be well made. Mine had a few loose threads here and there, but there weren't loose threads all over the place like I've seen on clothing when it's NOT well made. Even though the shorts fit well, they are kind of huge, lol. Well, at least for me, they are because they go just past my knees. But that's alright. I mainly got this set for the shirt and I am definitely happy with it. However, that's only because I planned to use this set as a casual around the house shirt and shorts. Maybe in some areas this set will be great for jogging and other physical activities. But if you live where it's always REALLY hot and humid, this set could literally be a "sweatsuit." I'm just saying that it's maybe a little heavy and thick to be used as activewear in places where it's really hot and humid. Anyway, I have still given this 2 piece set a 5 star rating because it probably WOULD be good for jogging and other physical activities in most places. Just not where I'm from. First of all, I’d like to apologize for my headline. I couldn’t resist. Now on to the review. I am pleased with my beige ensemble. It looks sharp. It’s not quite as comfortable as I’d like, but I may be spoiled. I’m used to wearing REALLY comfortable clothes, particularly around the house, where I spend the majority of my time. Many might find this shirt-shorts combo to be as comfortable as can be. It’s slightly too rough-feeling for it to be something that I will regularly wear, but it IS something that I will wear for my excursions to Aldi, UPS, my local post office, and for my early morning walks. I am unlikely to wear it while I am working out. It’s too nice for that. The problem I often run into with clothes has to do with my athletic physique. I am 6’ 1 1/2” and weigh between 182 and 190. I have broad shoulders and a narrow waist relative to my shoulders. As a result, shirts or jackets tend to be too big around the waist when they fit my chest and shoulders, and they are too tight around the shoulders and chest when they fit around the waist. In the case of this set, I figured that if I ordered L, the shorts would fit but the top would be tight, and if I ordered XL, the top would fit, but the shorts would be too big. I decided to order L and my fears were somewhat confirmed. The shirt IS a little on the tight side. But only a little. The shorts fit perfectly. If I had gone with XL, the shorts would have been too big (and long). And the shirt, while fitting better around the chest and shoulders, would have been too big around the waist, and a little longer than I’d like. So I think that I made the right choice. I mention all this to provide relevant sizing information for a man with an athletic build. This outfit is unlike any others that I own, and I really like the vibe it creates. I recommend it to someone who wants to look casually elegant. If you wear this while out and about, you will look classy, but in a way that won’t call attention to yourself. And, in my opinion, it’s more suitable to be worn on your boat (if you are lucky enough to have one; I don’t), rather than in the gym. ... show more
