Be mindful these discounted batteries may likely all be new, but are most likely out of warranty based on manufacture date on the serial number of battery. Purchased this battery new. Packaging looked a little weathered but otherwise looked new and believe battery is “new.” However the battery is new and four years old but charged fine. I’m guessing these batteries are leftover unsold batteries sold at a discount due to being out of warranty or close to it. So what you are buying could be a one shot deal with no warranty. The batteries may work just fine but know if you have a warranty issue, it won’t be backed up from most online Amazon sellers. A recognized Milwaukee vendor (ie Home Depot) usually recognize date of sale as start of warranty. Worth a gamble though as these 6.0 amh batteries are usually among the better high output batteries for reliability. ... show more

I WAS ABLE TO CONFIRM WITH FACTUAL EVIDENCE THIS IS A 100% ORIGINAL MILWAUKEE BATTERY. BESIDES THAT THE YOUTUBER "TOOL TESTED" OPENED ONE BATTERY FROM THIS SELLER AND COMPARED THE CIRCUITRY WITH A OEM MILWAUKEE HE HAD AND IT WAS IDENTICAL.
