I wouldn’t recommend these sleeves at all. Hardly breathable, short in length-doesn’t offer full arm/wrist coverage, and they constantly sag and droop through a work day. I would never buy or recommend these for anyone or purpose. The deep navy color doesn’t fade after usages/washes but the outer stitching does and fades and looks horrid after about a month or so.
