The two box enclosures need to be screwed on blindly and that was difficult until I used a tool going in from the bottom to line up the screw that way. Hope that made sense. They love the scratching posts, climbing up and down, and the two beds and little hammock! They don’t really use the two hideaways which is a bit odd but otherwise money well spent especially for how many times I come home and see them sleeping up there

Did not take it out of the box. We found a better and much larger cat tree that fit our growing kittens. That's the only reason for us returning it. It hasn't been opened. So I have nothing negative to say about this one. It just didn't fit my kittens needs. Thank you
