Thus a very comfortable love seat. It was time to replace my 18 year old loveseat, especially since last summer I had updated my family room and the old love seat did not go with the decor. I did a lot of searching over the net and in stores and could not find anything that I liked. Finally ran across this love seat that was half the price of most stores and offered more features than anything I looked at. The chair reclines fully and it has a massager with heat the ultimate relaxing chair. The massager goes from the legs to the shoulders, it has 3 levels with multiple massage functions, and hits all the key areas. The heat is on the back I did not feel it on the legs or seat, that does mean its not there, it may require more time to heat those areas. There were a couple of draw backs: 1) the massager is a bit loud, I think it will be lower with continued use. 2) During assembly there is a metal plate that joins the two halves together that goes on the bottom. The plates are suppose to slide between the legs on the bottom and be screwed in, according to the instructions. This process caused a bit of a challenge. had to release the screws on the legs in order to slide the plate in to the slot in order to align the holes for the screws. This proved to be a bit difficult, the screws came out of the legs. I was able to get one plate on then the weight cause the it to buckle making it hard to connect the second plate. During the process of connecting the second plate the screws I had loosen on the legs came out. You do not want this to happen, once the plate was in place it became very difficult to align the screws on the legs to the bar it connects to (the bar has a self locking bolt), with a bit of muscle I was able to get the screws to align and connect. That was the hardest and longest part of assembly. I would definitely recommend this loveseat. Just be mindful of the connection plate. ... show more

I really like the combo chais we got, the colors are great, the material is plush and soft. And they look great in the family room. A couple small issues though… 1) they have no lumbar support, which is frustrating if you are sitting for a stretch, like watching a whole movie. 2) they were hard to put together, because the holes for the first step were not cut quite right so we had to wiggle and push to get the screws in that hold the two chairs together. 3) the massager on one stopped working in the calf area after two weeks… the massager was just a bonus we did not really need so it’s not a huge deal, but it was a little safe since the rest of the chair seems very sturdy and strong. ... show more

Arrived in 3 big boxes. One was delayed a week. Didn’t understand instructions and had connectors wrong, leading to a dialog with the seller. Eventually they figured out what I was doing wrong and were able to help me fix the problem. Pleased with seat. Cup holder could be bigger (doesn’t fit my thermos), but this isn’t a show stopper. Nice to have the USB port to charge the phone. Overall a good value. Hope it lasts as long as my Lazyboy. ... show more
