These are easy to take, no side effects of any kind. I like that there is just one pill per day. It seems like all of the better, organic brands are fairly pricey. I don’t think things like this should feel like an indulgence and I wish trustable, organic options were more affordable.

Mary Ruth's products are highly trusted in our family. We use several of the brand's vitamins and supplements with good results. This is the first time I've tried their Probiotic and it works well. What's the level of gauge I use to see if a probiotic works? -- The ease and amount of my toilet's contents after a BM. Yup! And since I've been taking these, there's been a hefty amount in the toilet without any difficulty. I have used a different version of Mary Ruth's probiotics and was excited to try this one that is specifically formulated for women over 40. I just turned 40 this year and I guess I have to start accepting that haha. This probiotic is very gentle on my stomach and I'm hoping it helps regulate my gut health.
