It came with rust spots and bent. When I tried to tell the seller I get a notice that Amazon only handled shipping. I am positive this was used and sold to me as new. Quality is mid. But serviceable directions are pictures. Set up is easy if not bent. Not worth the price I paid.

One of the insert tubes was bent. The two pieces would not go together. Fortunately, I have a bicycle frame straightening tool and fixed the problem. Product came packaged great. Assembly was easy. All the pieces were there. Dimensions were correct. But every welded area was missing the paint and already had surface rust. If it wasn’t for the fact I needed to use this the day after receiving, I would have sent it back. It’s been on my car for just over a month now and the rust is significantly worse. Moving and bought a huge bag for the rooftop of the vehicle causing me to get a huge rack to place the bag on. Easy to put together, although there were no instructions (not like I would have read them even if they were included). You can remove the middle section to reduce the size if needed. The powder coating is horrible, was rusted before I even put it on. Build is super flimsy. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time on this junk. The only positive thing I can say is the brackets fit amazing.
