Very practical. Holds everything needed for an insulin-dependent diabetic. Also can fit a digital thermometer as well as used needles for safe disposal at a later time. My first reaction was that it was huge but then as I packed for a brief vacation I appreciated the design.

    • Quality Case That Holds A Lot

UPDATED ON BOTTOM 9/7/2020: I was about to order another case for more than twice the price when I ran across this case. I'm glad I ordered this high quality case. There is more than enough room to hold all of my supplies. I keep my meter, test strips, lancing device, lances, even the testing solution, in the case. I also keep 2 different pens, and a lot of needle caps, and glucose tablets in the case. There's room for 4 pens, but I only carry 2. My insulin pen is 6 1/2" long, and there's room to spare. I keep my test strips in their original round container, in the zippered pouch that is held in place by velcro, in the bottom of the case. There is room for two, 50 strip containers, or one test strip container and a container of glucose tablets. The velcro, which holds a zippered pouch and a pouch with a flap, is industrial strength velcro. The entire case is closed by a high quality, nylon, double tabbed zipper, which opens and closes very smoothly. The case is padded, but soft enough to give a little if you over pack it a bit. The purple is a soft heather purple, and there is a 6" long carrying handle. This case is extremely well thought out for diabetic needs, making organization easy. The price is more than reasonable. I'll update this review if I find a problem down the road. The case deserves more than 5 stars. UPDATE: It's been a year and a half now since I bought the case. I test 4x per day and take insulin 2x per day with Ozempic on Mondays. The case has never failed and is just as well made as the day I bought it, even though I overstock it with needles and Lance's to the point it'll barely zip. I'm buying a second one, to keep in my shop, so my supplies are always within reach. It's worth every penny, and then some. ... show more

This is a great case for carrying all your essentials. It fits multiple pens and the two removable pouches work great for a reader and needle tips. I also keep an extra handful of CGM covers in case mine start peeling off. I have a Genteel lancing device that I keep next to my pens. My alcohol wipes and Genteel tips fit great in the large zipper pouch and mesh zipper pouch. Everything I need for the day is nice and neat in its own place with no jostling around. I am very happy with this case and how well it holds my glucose meter and supplies. My Accu-Check Guide slips in with plenty of space left. I've taken it on at least four trips now and the case still looks like new. I also appreciate that it isn't obvious what the case is for if you see it in my bag so it is discrete. Love my bag it fits everything my strips Metter and pins I also would put my little container of pills. I even ordered one for my mother. Came in handy when I would go to doctors would even put my cards in it. It zips well velcro is strong has kept up well.
