The chair looks very nice when put together. It’s pretty firm, but I don’t mind that. The two pieces that fit onto the upper sides of the chair back seem a little insecure because of how they attach, but this doesn’t really affect anything about the use of the chair. Overall, I like the chair, and it serves my purposes very well for the price. There were a few aesthetic flaws on some pieces when it arrived - a scratch on one of the back legs, a small scuff mark on one arm, and some discoloration on the cushion itself (the cover was fine, so this one isn’t visible). I reached out to the seller and they responded promptly and were very willing to work with me to address the issue and I am happy with the resolution.
