My Diagnosis (one week ago) was fatty liver, not caused by alcohol. My Doctor recommend fewer oils and much less sugars until the next test coming in a few months. I changed my diet (no oils, no sugar) AND I purchased the LIVER supplement to begin a cleansing to see if it would make a difference in my next blood liver test coming up in 4 months. I have been on this product for only two days! The first day, I experienced diarrhea for half the day and by nightfall, I had a good energy level. The second day was similar to the first, except in addition to diarrhea, I had nausea, and a lower level of energy, in addition to low grade pain in liver-stomach area. What I also noticed is that on the second day the poop color had changed from chalky, to brown (an improvement!). Today I have not taken any liver product pills, and I’m experiencing firm dark stools and no stomach pain or nausea. I feel this product (in addition to diet changes) is making a positive difference in stool color and firmness. This is a liver cleanse and I believe that with Cleanses…there is usually some discomfort. I will see how the coming days work to keep the current status quo, and will gage whether or not this will require a weekly, monthly, or back to a daily cleansing? I’m experimenting at this point. Went with these after MRI showed a Fatty Liver, Sadly there's no it's working sign like with diet or stronger nails supplements, One reason went with these first was cost. But finding the smell when taking them and the after taste, plus when swallowing these has a smell and major taste. I can't take it anymore will have to go with another supplement. As the only way to tell if these work is when my next scan is done and would really like for my liver to show a difference. ... show more
