I put this basketball hoop set together by myself in about 7 minutes, tops. It is really cute. I also bought the recommended 40lb. bag of sand for the base, but after using the set, I personally don't think it's needed, especially since my 4 year old doesn't dunk or try to hang off the rim (yet!), so it stays in place.
