    • Good communication and very pretty brushes
I had the same brush for about 5 years or so, and while I did regularly clean it, after a certain point every brush must be retired. I have hair which falls to my hips, and it's very thick. I order this set mostly because I loved the colors, and it seemed reasonably priced. So far, after a week or so of use its held up well. Some paddle brushes, after just a few slides through my hair will come part, but this has held up well. I gave the round brush to my younger sister who has much shorter, curly hair and she seems to like it(which is surprising as she is extremely tender headed). I was pleased to see the company emailed me asking if there were any issues, and the email didn't even include a request for a review which I really appreciated. While I probably won't order another of their brushes for a while, I will keep this company in mind for other hair care products. ... show more

The brushes are beautiful. Practical? Probably not. The paddle brush came out of the VERY damaged box missing a rubber bristle. The round brush has missing chunks where the bristles haven’t been distributed through the holes. The only brush that seems like it might be decent is the small hard bristle brush. Very disappointed in the quality of these brushes, especially for the price. Looks aren’t everything.... ... show more

    • Pulled my hair
I bought this for the rectangular brush expecting it not to pull on my hair. I used my daughter's brush this shadow with no pull. This brush pulled. I have one brush away. And, I use the round brush but prefer my old round brush.

These are very pretty, & very lightweight brushes. My only complaint/critique is I wish the bristles in the round brush were a bit less soft.
