I wasn't sure about this machine, but after weeks of research, looking at videos of the factory this one was manufactured at, I finally got it. The heat press works great. I paid extra for the 3 year warranty, the peace of mind is priceless. It takes about 15 minutes to heat up to 320°. Easy to use. I got lucky and haven't had to adjust the pressure since the initial time before first use. Sweaters, and T-Shirts press great. The heat is evenly distributed. And it really does what it's intended to do. I'm satisfied with my purchase so far. It's only been a month though. If anything goes wrong I'll revise this review. ****edit. They sent me a replacement for the heat plate for the T-shirts. It works great! I also changed my stats to reflect the good customer service I had.* I have sent the seller a contact request. I did receive back that I had to send a video on what the issue was. Took me awhile to figure it out because I do not believe my emails are sending to the seller. All of the attachments work. I had ask for a replacement of the heat plate for T-shirts because that’s not heating up at all. Everything else is. I was told that wasn’t a good enough description, I had to send a video. I have yet to hear anything back from them. All I want is a replacement for the heat plate for T-shirts. I don’t want to refund the whole thing because it all works. Mine did come like it had been used before. Everything is pretty dinged up. But, it all still works, except the heat plate for the T-shirts. I will give a better review if I am able to receive the replacement for that. Until I get something back from the seller and if they do a replacement on the T-shirts heat plate. When I removed this item from the box and set it up, it would not lock and kept popping open when I pressed the top platen to engage the locking mechanism to press my shirt . It was unexpected the first time and almost hit me in the face. I kept adjusting the pressure to try and get it to lock close and it failed each time. I sent a return notice due to damaged (not working) item and Letra indicated I will have to pay for the return. Why should I have to pay to return an item that was damaged from the seller. The only reason I checked the 1 star was because it would not let submit without checking a star. ... show more

I received this item with scratches on it, and it looked used. I contacted the seller and they informed me that it's not. I appreciate the fact that the seller got right back to me the very same day, matter of fact within 30 minutes and assured me that the item is brand new. I finally decided to use it today because I do have 2 15x15 heat press. I wasn't sure on how to use the auto open, so I turned to Youtube. I don't like the fact that I can't open the lid until the timer goes off, something that I am not used to because I tend to heat press my vinyl half way and then peel it the rest of the way. So, I couldn't open the lid until it opened on it's own. I also noticed that the bottom slider do not stay close, not sure why. I even positioned it differently on my table and it was still sliding open on his own. So, I had to close it with my hand while closing the lid with the other hand. This press never accurately heated from the beginning. I would heat it 10-15 degrees higher than the digital setting showed to get the correct temp. using an infrared thermometer. This does not occur with the other 3 heat presses I already own. (different brands all 15x15 size) Within 9 months it wouldn't heat past 200 degrees before blowing the Tripp Lite surge protector.
