After some research in Amazon, E-bay and other web pages, found this item at a very good price with 32 ram and 1tb memory. So far working well. Will see and up-date review. What a bargain! A couple of hundred bucks (and change -- we added a 3-year warranty) and we scored the best PC my spouse and I have ever used. I bought the 32GB RAM/1TB SSD system and couldn't be more pleased. It takes about five seconds to boot up, the HD display is excellent and the performance is absolutely incredible (screamin' fast!), so long as advanced graphics aren't the main consideration (no super fancy video gaming without an upgrade). We didn't want it for gaming, so that's not a problem for us: for cruisin' the 'net, managing my huge digital music collection (MediaMonkey Gold is the best) and all our other home computer needs, this is far and away the best PC we've ever owned! As it turned out, we found it also is incredibly handy when the TV crashes or just as an an extra idiot box -- it produces a fine HD picture on our 24 inch monitor and the on-board sound system is excellent. The DVD drive adds CD support and DVD movies to the equation, and the sound for music and movies is exceptional through our Klipsch THX 2.1 system! At first, the optical drive tray would 'catch' when I tried to access it, even after I pushed a pin through the tiny locking hole in the front; it may have been handled roughly during shipping, causing a jam, but by using a mini screwdriver to help ease the tray out of the PC housing a few times when I wanted it, it smoothed out and now opens and closes on demand as it should. This was the first 'refurb' of any kind we've tried and it certainly worked out great. Your mileage may vary of course, but for us, this turned out to be a FANTASTIC buy, saving us at least a thousand bucks and more, and with the add-on warranty, we're covered for at least three years of use, so we're golden. Overall OK for a refurbished product. It is not upgradeable to Windows 11, devices did not meet the Windows 11 minimum system requirements. Some of the accessories came with package did not work; Bluetooth dongle and adapter cable for HDMI DisplayPort both did not work.

i mainly use the computer for playing forge of empires, plus surfing the internet, email, etc and it really is a fast computer, i would definitely buy from them again, great people, exceptional tech support, i have been around computers since the 80's ( i'm 76 yrs old) and have stayed up to date with the technology and can say with out a doubt this is a great computer for the price. again, tech support from this company is a 15 on a scale from 1 to 10 ... show more

    • There is no DVD-RW drive ! All cds and dvds i made kinda useless now
Intel Core i7-6700 "Upto" 4.0GHz... i got 3.40GHz, not a big deal because it's quite enough for me. The desktop case is a little bruised, just a minor problem, i'm fine with it. But one of the reason i chose this one because this product said DVD-RW included in this desktop, there is none. I thought maybe they include a usb external dvd-rw for this desktop in the package since i got the usb keyboard, mouse, bluetooth and wireless, nope, there is none. But everything else is great with this desktop, i mean the price for this product is just too good to miss out if you just need a decent computer at home. Anyway, hope this review can help anyone who wants to get a decent price desktop, but be ready to maybe have one without a DVD-RW drive. ... show more
