We got the 8 piece set and it's great! First off... It arrived in 2 deliveries. The first delivery was 3 boxes which included all of the chairs, cushions, and small end table. 2 days later, we received a box with the table and a small box with the cushion covers. Assembly wasn't bad at all as long as you're mildly handy. We weren't missing any parts and didn't have any damage. The set is comfortable and inviting. You can easily customize the chair positions to your needs with included clips joining them together. The fire pit table is also nice and works really well. The media could not be loaded. I am so happy with this set. I am a 57 year old woman, pretty handy, and was able to put it all together by myself. In doing that I could see how well it was made. It's reinforced with steel bars and the ratan is very strong/thick. The cushions are quite thick and actually the only hard part about this product- is getting them out of the packing. They put them in the backs of the chairs and you have to wiggle them out. But everything was well packed and nothing was damaged, broken nor missing-as far as the furniture. Plus they give you extra hardware, just in case. The only problem I had was that I was missing ONE cushion cover. Those are shipped separately in a large set. I contacted the company about my ONE missing cover and within couple of days, they sent me an ENTIRE new set again-with no rebuttal at all! Great customer service! We bought the 15 piece set so we could use some on both our upper and lower decks. (see pics and please excuse the dust, LOL) Everything is sturdy and adult sized. I absolutely love the firepit. They was two missing pieces one L shape pice that goes on bottom of the chair corners. And one side panel for the chair side pice.

I purchased an 8 piece set with fire pit and I did not receive the firepit which is what I was most excited about. The pieces I did get are scuffed and scratched and terrible looking. There are 2 back chair cushions missing. The directions are terrible and the assembly of just the sofa pieces that I did receive took just over 4 hours with 2 people who are both pretty handy.
