    • Great Customer Service/Cutest Dino Mobile
I searched for a little while to find a matching dinosaur-themed nursery set. We chose this for our first baby who always loved this cute mobile. He was satisfied for long periods of time just watching the dinosaurs spin and listening to the songs on repeat. It's super easy to put together and is a pretty decent quality overall. Our only issue was that when our second baby was born (15 months later), the music box/spinner stopped working. I opened it up and noticed some not-so-great soldering work. One message to customer service and they sent us a new one within the week without any issues. Now our second son is able to be mesmerized by the little spinning dinosaurs like his brother. So happy we chose to buy from Lambs and Ivy. I absolutely love their products and have no other problems with them which is something I'm always hesitant about when it comes to Amazon sellers. ... show more

So very well made. The little dinosaurs are super cute and don’t look cheap like other Dino mobiles. Had to do some rigamaroling to get it onto the bassinet instead of a crib for right now but it wasn’t too bad and it works well.     • Didn’t work at first
It didn’t work when I first opened it . My husband had to play with the electronics to get it to work, but once it did, it’s perfect for my nursery Edit: I started to put my son in the crib and it didn’t last a week. Stopped working. Don’t buy. It doesn’t last . Edit 2- emailed customer service and they responded so quickly and helped me with the issues ! So happy ! ... show more

    • Manufacturing issue and how I fixed it
Couldn’t get mine to spin. Had my boyfriend look at it, he opened up the part where the motors inside to find the RED wire had came undone from where it’s soldered together. He went and resoldered it and it worked. So if anyone’s having this issue, it could be the same problem. Manufacturing issue. Liked the product other than that inconvenience.
