I needed a carport that had higher door clearence to store a tractor. The carport is well built. The steel posts appear thicker than a previous carport that was crushed by a falling tree branch. Also the bolt fasteners provide a more solid construct than the spring buttons on my previous carport. Installation instructions are adequate, but some of the tips provided in other reviews are helpful. One of the support posts arrived with a dent and their customer service (Martina) was etremely responsive and promtly sent a free repalcement. It took a couple hours to assemble, and the assembly bolts aren't the highest quality, cheap materials. But it's sturdy nonetheless, and lots of room.

Absolute lie. Collapsed totally. Within warranty period, but they say does not cover "weather." It did not blow away. It was not damaged by weather. There was no "weather." Just some snow that melted a bit and became too heavy for the claim they made and buckled the whole thing. Every pole is bent. Do not purchase if you have any snow ever. Wasn't even that much. Very frustrating. Should take this off description. False assurance and then they will not help out. Bad form. Update...Although the unit was not made for snow loads, the company went above and beyond to get me replacement parts. I needed over 20 pieces and they graciously and in quick time got me the parts to put it back together. Thank you. I have yet to put it back together, but even if I need another part or two, their service is great. ... show more

Update: I bought 30inch augers and anchored this down on the 4 corners. This kept it from flying away on me but the whole frame warped and bent. I am very disappointed in my purchase. The two I purchased didn't even last a whole year. If you live somewhere that gets even the occasional high winds this will not work. Update:the whole thing just flew away in high winds and damaged my truck. Buy your own anchors. Finally started putting this together. Overall itโ€™s not a terrible build and it seems be fairly sturdy. I purchased the one with the high peak in order to reduce snow load. This build is definitely a 2-3 person minimum build job. These poles will bend if you torque them too much. Take your time and tighten everything down in sections when connecting the poles and joints. When putting the tarp on attach the front and back panels to the top most part or otherwise you will need a tall ladder to get everything attached. The instructions are not very good but can be managed. The big tarp portion goes on side to side and there are pockets for the side bars to slide into, this keeps it tight side to side. There are straps hanging out of the front and back edges. (Do not pull these out!) these tighten side to side using the provided ratchet hooks. Once you have these hooks in everything should tighten up nicely. Go slow and have help. Itโ€™s a little tight front to back for a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 with a standard bed and 4 doors. See my pictures. I can still just barely get the doors zipped shut though but they do touch the front and back of the truck when closed. A note for the manufacturers put a line in the middle of the main tarp to mark the middle of where it should sit on the peak of the frame this would help line everything up during assembly. Add a tying strap to the peak spot would be even better. ... show more

Needed a taller carport to winterize my ~20' pontoon boat. This fit perfect and was a pretty easy solo build. Ran some string lights along the crossbeam supports. I did use 4 small/mid duty ratchet straps on each corner at the 135deg and tied down to the frame of the trailer for winter. I've had it up for 2 months now and it's withstood two 15-20mph wind storms and several snow storms. Time will tell how quality the tarp is, but so far very happy with it for the price. As others mentioned zipper doesn't look super durable, but so far mine has held up. The way that the bottom corner brackets are a 90deg will make it easy to make it mobile in the summer. Will throw two harbor freight swivel tires on the back end and board across front to lift with the tractor 3pt hitch. Will probably purchase another come spring to house a sawmill. ... show more

Carport works well during summer months, but not winter. We had a very mild winter this year, no high winds, and almost no snow accumulation. The end pieces zipper pulls came off, Rips appeared in the corners of the front and back panels, and over 30% of the stretch rope holders all broke after being exposed to the weather allowing the winter weather to enter the unit which was supposed to protect the items inside from the snow and rain. ... show more

I got this to store our wheelers and boats in. It's a good size, sturdy, and we haven't had any problems. I live in MN so we get some pretty windy and snowy winters (although this year hasn't been bad) and the snow just slides right off of it. I would recommend buying some good Stakes and really staking it down. We also got sand bags just for extra sturdiness. ... show more

Great customer service and a great product! The seller was prompt in shipping to me and went above and beyond when there was a shipping delay due to weather. When the seller noticed the packages were taking longer than expected, they messaged me with tracking numbers and advised they were looking into the delays. Once I received the packages, Pearl reached out again to make sure I received all the boxes and all the parts, and to make sure everything was in good order. As far as the carport, it is even better than expected. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. It is great there is a door on both ends that can zip from either side.
