The booster seat harness straps are easy to adjust with one hand. The crotch belt can be used in two different positions to accommodate your growing child, and the headrest can be adjusted to three different heights. The contoured seat is comfortable for long rides, and the cushioned seat cover is machine-washable for easy cleaning. Two cup holders provide a handy place for drinks, snacks, or your child’s favorite soft toys, and the Paw Patrol Skye cape can be removed for use as a blanket. The combination five-point harness high-back booster car seat is easy to install with or without LATCH and the top tether. Got this seat for my 5 year old as she’s obviously growing and still need to be in 5 point harness seat for safety while in a vehicle, she LOVES this car seat so much it’s more room, comfy and cute and she uses the princess cape to cover up with as a blanket lol. Cups holders are great I think blue inside piece of cup holder is removable for cleaning and you pop it back into actual cup holder , it’s convenient with kids. When you go to attach the head piece to seat just slide the head piece into the plastic hole and there’s a clip on back for you to move it down to your child’s needs. The cloth piece doesn’t go in with plastic it will go behind the clothe piece of the car seat after you pop the head piece in. Set up is not hard at all. Car seat buckle from your vehicle goes through the back of car seat and you’re good to go. If you have the metal clips you can connect those clips on back of car seat to those as well. But if you are taking car seat in and out I wouldn’t recommend doing that. But a lot of people I know have these seats and my sister was in an accident she had Spider-Man one for my nephew and he came out untouched while her car was totaled. Super cute car seat. Only assembly was adding the headrest. Mine did have a very minimal snag in the mesh of the headrest. Installation was simple. We reclined the car seat for a more comfortable position, and it is secure. I do have to say that I was definitely nervous after reading some of the reviews that state the straps don’t stay snug. Safety is my number 1 priority. We tightened it without our son in it, and my husband PULLED on it. He is a rather strong individual, and there was little to no give at all. We’ve taken him on a few car rides since receiving it. Around 30 minutes each way, and he was still snug at the end of them. It is also substantially easier to tighten than our previous seat. I am happy overall with it, and my little guy adores it which is a huge plus. He fits great in it, but I like that there is room to grow. He seems to be very comfortable in it! If anything changes, I will definitely update my review! ... show more
