I needed a decent size purse but I did not want something too heavy. The handles can go over your shoulder unless wearing a heavy coat. The strap works well and does not slip even though it is not super wide. It also does not hang super low, but I can wear as a cross body even with my winter coat on. The lining and pockets are nice. You have a perfect place for the phone and some other pockets. I need more pockets than most and I guess my only complaint would be I wish they had the clip for car keys. But I can live without it. No pockets on the outside keeps it smooth and also keeps the clutter down. I love the color! The deep blue with purple tones is lovely. I wanted a high quality leather purse, but I didn't want the price. I searched for weeks, all over, in store and online. This bag is the perfect balance of quality, fashion and price. My favorite things- Size- My biggest concern was the size. I'm a short, petite female and I didn't want to have a bag that dwarfed me or looked like a suitcase. I compared measurements to everything, lol. In many reviewers pics, this looks huge, but it isn't. I ordered the large, and it is perfect heigth and width for me. Quality- this bag is well made in everyway. The stitching is well done and strong, the zippers are smooth, the hardware is beautiful and sturdy. The bottom has the four studs to prevent scratching and wear. The handles and strap are durable and soft. Interior- I love organization, not just a huge hole to dump things in. There are two main compartments, one slightly larger, and they are divided by a zippered compartment that goes al the way to the bottom. There is a zippered pocket on one side, and two open pockets on the other. So much storage and convenient access for cell phone or glasses etc. The interior is a beautiful brown satin that adds to the beauty of the purse. Exterior- this is genuine leather and smells amazing!! It is between a soft and hard leather and has texture to the surface. Mine isn't glossy as it appears in other reviews pics. Mine is more of a pumpkin color, tho the description said Sorrell. It doesn't have the beautiful dimensions as seen in the ad, but it is still a beautiful purse/bag. I took pics in diff lighting to try to show the color. This bag also stands up on its on with items inside. When fully empty it will slouch because of the weight of the handles. Which imo, is a good thing, it tells me they are well made. Don't hesitate to buy this!!! I did all the research for you!! I'm in love with mine!! ... show more

Shown as crossbody, ample room weather you have on coat, sweater, etc... 3. Length of purse. A 12 inch ruler is in front and my 10.5 iPad pro in a fairly bulky case is beside it. 4.Height of purse 5.Width of purse 6.width with all items of #7 inside. 7. All items that fit in the purse comfortably with some to spare for perfume, hairspray or perhaps some lotion. 8. The color of mine is a rich chestnut brown. Rich and warm like the color of fall leaves.🍁🍂. It’s a popular, common color which makes it easy to find a matching wallet. QUALITY 1.Leather is soft, supple and has that nice leather smell. On a scale of 1-10 i’d give softness a 7.5. 2. Zipper is sturdy and the bottom has 4 metal purse floor protectors. Makers do not skimp on their quality because they are on the bottom🙂 3. Plenty of room for everything you’d need or desire if you use a carry-on when flying. You can cheat and have it count as your regular purse, while they remain clueless it’s a magic purse than can hold limitless items😉. You'd still have your free carry-on item available , if you have anything left to put in it. 3. Would work as an overnight bag for your makeup, hair tools, a pair of undies and a bra, and the things you’d bring to a boyfriends house. Or your parents- 4. Sturdy enough to protect delicate items like an iPad, your phone , that banana or peach for a snack... IN CONCLUSION: The crossbody/tote is a definite bargain.
